Linger is located in the up and coming Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn (blocks away from the future NETS arena), and is one of few food service establishments to be a green operation. We support local farms where possible, serve direct trade coffee/tea, local wine/beer, exhibit local art on our walls, and have live music weekly. Food is served all day and covers an array of home made baked goods, lunch, light evening fare, and a full brunch all weekend.
Company goals are to provide owner with a comfortable living and perhaps grow into a more profitable/successful business with the right strategy/planning. Owner wants Linger to be a business that is vital to the community while raising awareness on the importance of operating sustainably and supporting local. Linger has a unique concept, minimal competition in the area, and a captive market because no such establishment exists. |
