| Company Information | I am a real estate investor that is seeking a capital partner to fund the acquisition and rehab of distressed, bank-owned residential properties in the tri-state area. | Position Information | Ideally, I am seeking a single individual that will able to take a first lien cash position in each project. The capital partner will maintain rights of refusal for deals. The investor will be compensated with a return of 20% per project and a split of the proceeds beyond the invested capital and returns. Deal size varies slightly, but we are targeting the acquisition of properties at around $80-100k, which is roughly 40 cents on the prevailing market dollar. At this stage, I am only seeking a capital infusion in the amount of $200k. |
