| Project Description | I’m seeking someone to team with me - an investing partner.
I've been a self-employed, sole-practicing architect - "Tuck Harvey Architect" - licensed (8626) in NY State, since 1974. I have an office in my home in Great Neck, Long Island. I’ve specialized in residential design and construction and I’ve maintained an excellent credit history over the years, with no financial or legal problems of any kind. In October '09, my LLC - Real T Properties LLC - purchased a two-family, bank REO for 65K and has sold it (to another investor) for 90K. This transaction is a model of how I intend to build the business, i.e. to purchase properties that I deem to be undervalued and then re-sell them to an end-user (preferable than to an investor because of the larger profit spread). It should be noted that the funding I’d receive for this purpose would be secured by specific real estate holdings. |
