| Company Information | Investor will invest $84,000 into Race Track and recieve 15%-25% of profit every 3 months or 50% of profit annually for 20+ years or life time if the investor so desires. The investor will also recieve 25% of control in business with Benefits including life time pass to races, Hotel/Motel room paid for, free meals on race days or Other times that will be arranged by me. The investor can also give input and suggestions in Race Track or they can get involved during race time. | Description | This is a Race Track currently in use. It has 32 acres, 2 4 Bedroom homes, all needed equipment, and other building needed to run Track. The Concession is currently used for the Track. An add-on to the Concession Stand will generate more profit. The Idea is to build a Roadside Cafe' using the Concession Stand to allow People traveling from one point to another to have a place to stop and eat at. Items will also be added to give more of a choice. A paintball park will also be added to provide added income to the Track, Thus generating a higher source of income.
