We are developing a customer in the mortgage service industry who can make effective use of the Silent Sentinel product and web service to upload vacant property inspection data to our web database. The distributed nature of the product allows for other physical parameters to be measured including security, fire, smoke, vibration, and monitor for water damage. This customer is currently monitoring 400,000 vacant properties once per month. Our goal is to provide significantly better data quality, and asset security monitoring. The existing system is paper based. Our goal is to translate it to a web based system. The company mission is proactive monitoring and control of property assets via a web based service.
