| Description | Foreclosres have finally hit OKC. It took a while, but they are here. Realtors are not showing the property to buyers because of its 'normal' condition (bad). I have found some two bed and four bed homes in decent condition needing only cosmetic updates. I have a partial crew working for me. The problem is that they have to wait until either the hard money lender fronts cash or the property sells to get their cash. Marketing is something I'm not good at and don't curently have the funds for. I can, however take a dump and turn it into a dream with very little effort and outlay. I need capital for investments as I find them. I need clerical and administrative help, and team support. |
