Company Information	Co-owner of a downtown retail store. Someone to run the shop most day hours to begin with until employees can be hired. Help develop the store and make it work. Not a fancy store but hopefully a money maker for the location. Selling new and used items in a variety of different departments. Want to develop benefits for store owners and employees. Co-owenr can develop and add their own deparments depending on space available. All profits in store will be shared equally. initial capital inputs will be equal.
Position Information	likes retail and can spend long hours helping to manage the store at least to begin with until employees become possible. I am offering shoe string financing of my own and expect that from the partner. It would be nice to find someone who has also had their own stores in the past who knows the purpose of having a store and the business. I would prefer someone who likes store work and does not mind it eating their life more than it eats mine.

Description	I am seeking a business partner who enjoys retail sales. I want to expand my small retail business as the Re-department Store in the Downtown Portland area. I have had shops in the past but do not at the moment as I have moved most sales online. I want to continue with the online interface but would also like to get pedestrian traffic again. Seeking a partner with equal capital to invest in a lease who has more time than I do to run the shop on a day to day basis than I do until we find the means to hire employees. I want to set up a system that pays benefits to all employees including us two partners from the beginning . Start up costs are modest. Reason for the partnership is that i have other jobs.
