| Description | There is a conference at Temple University on 10/30/08. It is presented by IEI/Fox School of Business and GAID/Tyler School of Art.
We are seeking an expert in performance metrics that relate to what companies do to track how well they are delivering customer value. The panelist needs to be able to provide an example of a company (either their own or a client) who has successfully transitioned from a model where the wrong metrics (or no metrics) were used, to a new model, were more effective metrics are used.
