Company Information	There are multiple opportunities as this is a start-up in an infancy stage. I need experts in marketing/sales, Finance, and IT/Internet/e-commerce. The marketing position will need to craft a marketing plan containing the 4 elements of the marketing mix so that customers can be easily acquired and retained. The Finance position will make short and long term financing decisions. He/she should help determine what long-term investments should be made, how can cash be made from investments, and day-to-day cash and financial affairs. The IT/Internet position will lead decisions around building the site, choosing the best in class programming tools, making decisions around hardware/software, and liaison with other developers to ensure project is properly being executed.
Position Information	Because this is a start-up environment, the ideal candidate will also be excellent at creating and motivating teams, having an open mind, and alot of energy. I am looking for people who have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as there will be a need to present in front of investors. MBA's are welcome, but I am mostly interested in bringing working experience and knowledge to the table as well as your network. Networking is key.
