| Company Information | Company seeks investors for its independent wrestling organization. Wrestling company seeks investors to finance company operations. Investment team to consist of atleast 6 people and or companies. These people or companies shall be issued a vested stake in the organization following investment. The people shall oversee the work of Board Director and owner, Joshua Zimmerman. Company seeks a total of $8,000.00 (eight thousand) in startup funds. Each show to cost aprox 1,200.00 per event. The average wrestling ring cost 4,000.00 it is our plan to outright purchase this equipment so that we may rent the ring out to other promotions/organizations to gain capital with any of our downtime between events. The final decision to purchase or rent a ring per show shall be determined by board as a whole. | Description | Wrestling Entertainment provided by semi professional independent wrestlers. Fans use website to vote on wrestlers, storylines and match ideas to provide said fans with a voice within our production process. We wish to integrate the fan input into a great deal of our live product. We believe if the fans see there suggestions and ideas are actually being used it shows them they have a stake in what were building which increases fan loyalty. Merchandise line already in place.
