| Company Information | Dropstr is a cloud management service which connects multiple cloud providers for a all in one location. It is web based, available on all devices with a browser, removing the software to work scenario.
The company is currently looking to raise capital to move to the next stage, expand its partnerships and begin executing its enterprise edition. |
| Position Information | I'm looking for a business partner for Dropstr Inc, someone with business skills and perhaps someone who has boot strapped a company before. (successfully or not) A strong commitment and teamwork a plus. You have to be willing to move if a VC/Angel investor suggests it. I've received a lot of very good feedback/connections for this business and I'm looking for the right person to make an impression.
Your position is pretty much the business side of the business. I have an executive summary, business plan, decks, all the necessary information to make it happen, but being the tech side of the business, I much rather have someone who knows more about business than myself. This is a boot strapped company, please expect to make nothing until the business is off the ground. You will receive equity in the company, which is negotiable. You must be committed and willing to put the start up before your previous job, that doesn't mean you have to quit your job, but you should be more focused on building the start-up than keeping your old job. |
