I have come up with a job community where you could not only post a traditional resume but also a video resume.You can create a profile, upload pics, start a blog, start a group, start a forum and even chat about what's going on in the job world.Also any business can do the same as an individual and use the website to promote their company and post any open jobs available.That way I could bring the jobseeker and the hiring company together to connect with one another and increase the chances of someone getting a job. My website is called Jobknock.com and it is an interactive job networking community for jobseekers(unemployed or employed) and companies looking to not only promote themselves but post any job opportunities with their company. |
