| Description | I have a 22 Acre Tract adjacent to a Wal-Mart Super Center in Tusculum/Greeneville, TN. The property is on the market at $125,000/acre ($2,750,000 Total). Issue: No Sewer. My consultant is working on a solution to the sewer issue and says we should be able to install a self-contained system. He feels with sewer, the property could be in the $200,000-$250,000/acre range. The plan is to move the property in 18-24 months or develop it ourselves.
