We are a small, start-up property holding company, in East Tennessee, with a focus on income producing, vacation rental properties acquired through foreclosure and short sales. We currently hold one large vacation rental property in Gatlinburg, TN which is performing well on a professionaly managed rental program.
We are currently looking to expand our exposure in the Gatlinburg area as well as persue opportunities in the Destin, Hilton Head, and Myrtle Beach areas.
We are looking for a 30% equity partner in exchange for a $60,000 cash investment to use as working capital for new acqusitions
