| Company Information | Citizens Assistance Corporation is a For Profit "C-Corporation and also registered as a "Charitable Organization" this is a dual corporation for the public. We provide services like Independent Living for Mental Disabilites, Life Skills Classes, Employment Prep Classes, Drug Rehab Prevention/Education Classes, Housing, Food, Clothing, Bus Transporation, Computer Center Phone room and Laundry and Showers/day storage to homeles persons to help them regain their independence. We will also have a "Performing Arts Department", a Drama Department for persons with disabilities to shine. We will invest in a printing company to lower our printing cost, and most of our other staff will be volunteers from the community. PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE that is what it is all about. Our goal is to create hundreds of jobs and help change lives by helping them get back into homes and off the streets. Overall we will help boost the Real Estate Economy, Retail Economy and produce voters who are a productive part of their community. We are Faith Based, out of 8 board of directors- 5 are disabled and this company will be owned 51% by the public and 24.5% by preferred stock holders and I will remain 24.5% owner/Founder. My opening date is Jan 8,2010 I need somone who will follow their heart to help me help mankind by providing 10,000 up front cash for 100 shares of stock to help start the corporation from the ground up with full return and 5 X your investment by the Fifth Year plus quarterly dividends.
