| Position Information | We are seeking a financing structure that will make available approximately 3M for funding startup and ongoing operations. This amount is based on a conservative pro forma that anticipates producing 366 homes over the next 5 years. Projections of 4 home starts per month we are enviable position of having as many as 13 homes to deliver to prequalified home buyers upon opening our doors. |
