| Position Information | The Software Developer participates in the web application development life-cycle from start to finish, gathering business requirements, developing the application, and coordinating testing and client approvals, and final production. The Developer will also be responsible for going to the customer’s location to assist in troubleshooting matters. Travel will be required.
Requirements: • Applicants should have very strong programming and coding skills. Expert knowledge of standards-compliant, usable, and accessible web content. • Have a comfort level with multimedia – especially web-based video content. • Applicant should have expert-level knowledge of relational databases, i.e. Oracle, SQL, etc. and related reporting tools. • Build a site with dynamic and interactive database-driven components • Ability to work with diverse clients in support of teaching, research, and administrative projects utilizing above-average interpersonal and communication skills. • Server set-up/maintenance is a plus. • Offers educated advice on the best possible solutions as well as most appropriate technology. • Must have your own reliable transportation Please submit your resume to Christopher Lipari at clipari@machinterview.com |
