| Description | As the economy ramps back up and the banking/mortgage industry becomes viable there will be a backlog of need for new construction.
While finishing my last project (see profile) I was working with investors on a number of sizable multi-use (commercial/residential) projects; some of which reached the point of presentation to governing agencies. We need to be ramped up to the point of being able to act on these or other projects when the market opens again. I am personally willing to invest in the work. The company would preferably be a turn-key operation: Development/Design/Construction thereby maximizing the profit potential. |
