Warrantd.com, I did two quickie surveys. Here are the questions and responses. 1. Do you sometimes wish that you kept better track of important product or service warranties, receipts and guarantees? a. 74 percent answered yes. b. 26 percent said no. 2. Where do you keep important product and service warranties, receipts and guarantee information? a. 39 percent said, In a neat file. b. 31 percent said, In a drawer I don't dare open. c. 25 percent said, Who knows? d. 5 percent said, I'm supposed to keep that stuff? So the idea seems to have appeal. What I don't have worked out is how to get data into the system. So what Warrantd.com needs is someone with extensive webapps and database experience, as well as someone who can help solve the problem of inputting data. |
