| Company Information | What I am looking for is someone with a nice looking resume in the areas of commercial real estate, and/or mining operations. All I need is your committment to get the deal closed. No set hours, nothing is really required except your knowledge and expertise of the industry. I need as much strength as possible when submitting my deals to JV firms for 100% funding. Helping in analyzing the deals we pursue would be great! Either way, I am willing to offer an equity stake in the projects we close, or an equity stake in my company, or just some cold hard cash. Because I am a startup, I cant do upfront fees or payment of any kind until after the first deal is closed. I am really easy going and I really dont care much about what you do as long as we can close the deals I/We find. We can actively pursue these deals together or you can just sit back and be along for the ride. I am looking for all kinds of people and not just one person.
