| Description | 80 year old David Pauling returning to the Seattle area from three years of volunteering as an AmeriCorps VISTA.
I have returned home but I am not retiring. My experiences have inspired me to develop a new ownership paradigm - a unique way of turning everyones everyday ideas into new opportunities - by initiating clusters of worker co-operatives and self-funding its own operational and venture capital needs - creating new wealth and building businesses owned and operated by hands-on workers and co-op members - keeping all of the profits.
