We have developed very good Video Content Analysis software and embedded into a encoder hardware platform for security and surveillance applications. I am in discussion with a smaller Systems Integrator based in California and focused on the SME scale market ( both business and government). This company has a need for more management and capital to roll out a national footprint. Alternatively, it might serve as a platform for a roll-up. We expect to finalize the terms this week of a complete technology overhaul to this offering. We would consider cash and equity for a strong management team and a well funded expansion plan. |
