| Company Information | Seeking a partner to open a hrly rental based commerical kitchen in the Snohomish County area. The demand is high as I have already put a quiry on line and have had calls daily. I have almost all the equipment, am willing to put in time on the design and managment end.and the construction of the space if necessary. There is only one other such kitchen in our area and they are booked solid. I have also done the number crunching as far as monthly expenses and a very general profit/losss analysis.
This space would be utilized by caterers, bskers, chocolate candy makers etc. The goal would be to have the kitchen running 18 hrs a day and to develope a training base for culinary arts, job training for homeless teens ettc, create a co-op where the renters could sell items to give the kitchen a front face adn also provide a large meeting room that could be rented out for business meetings and small functions. |
