Internet Business for Sale This is a very unique opportunity for the right person that is seeking a turnkey opportunity for an existing Internet business. If this might be you, or if you know of someone looking for a small business with very little required for ongoing operations, please read on and respond if appropriate. I started a website based small business as a hobby in 2007 and it continues to operate to this day. At the time I was unaware of its potential and my own lack of managerial and promotional skills. As a consequence, it has remained relatively stagnate, and I have not had the skills to take advantage of opportunities for growth. I have sought unsuccessfully to establish a relationship with others that have access to the skills necessary to move the business forward. Four basic areas of interest and/or expertise would be useful: 1. Managerial and organizational skills. 2. Seo and/or promotional skills. 3. Geography 4. Operation of electronic devices. With these four assets a purchaser could take over the business and continue operations uninterrupted. I am currently operating from one room in my home and the purchaser could continue to do so from any location in the United States. Just one more thing before I provide some more specific information. Ideally, I would like to retain 25% of the business as a silent partner. This would be for residual income. I would be willing to continue to participate on a limited basis if necessary. I wish to sell the business for several reasons: 1. Health issues 2. I am supposed to be retired and would like to remove or greatly reduce my commitment to the operations of the business. 3. I do not have the skills necessary to move the business toward its potential. Existing business includes: • Website domain name • Existing fully functional website • Excellent online reputation and rating • Information Base of past and current customers for its own use only. • Working inventory • Custom software • Documentation and procedures • Information files for working inventory and the related field. Continuing requirements: • Taking prepaid orders • Corresponding with users and basic support • Shipping • Receiving and checking receipts • Inventory maintenance • Record keeping and accounting All of these can easily be done by a handicapped, disabled, or homebound individual.
