James,
The main Federal Grant program website is www.grants.gov. They have a searchable database so you can see your business type. Realize they will be very narrowly defined, very competitive and the process is long.
You may also wish to see http://www.recovery.gov/Pages/home.aspx to learn where the 'Recovery' Funds for your State, District and local are being allocated and spent. That may lead you to opportunities.
There is also private grants funds though like the govenment funds, they are very narrowly focused, tough to get and competitive. Many are listed in this searchable database:
http://www.fundsnetservices.com/
Lastly look to your State and Local governments; not only may they have Recovery Funds they also have Community Block Grants from the Federal Government for Community Development - usually they are focused on long range plans or projects but who knows, perhaps it can include your business. Put the word "Grant" in the search box in this website:
http://portal.arkansas.gov/Pages/default.aspx and then read the various results. Plus go to your own county/city, etc and do the same.
Lastly there is a database on government contracting that may be of interest. See:
http://www.sba.gov/contractingopportunities/index.html
Hope this gets you a step closer to your goal.
