I am seeking creative investment partner who can get me $25000 by taking a $100000 life insurance policy and using it as collateral.

I am seeking creative solutions to financing and this is the most viable method at my disposal. I need a company that issues policies with no pre-existing condition clauses and a agent with connections with capital investors who can issue
$25,000 on $100,000-$250,000 policies with return on investment in less than 2 years.
