I have contacted a local bank and the SBA, however, due to personal circumstances my credit score is low. I relocated to better the business and have several open contracts. The problem I am faced with is the real estate company who has given me these jobs does not give material deposits. All monies are paid on the first of the month after completion of jobs as they pay their bills from rent proceeds. I only need the money for 30 to 90 days, but would be willing to extend for a year. Do you have collateral you could put up as a sign of your commitment to repay the money?
Maybe, someone in your area would be more comfortable to help you out. Family and friends? Otherwise, asking for money here might be futile.
